5th International Conference on Educational Technology and Online Learning
We are delighted to invite you to the 5th International Conference on Educational Technology and Online Learning (ICETOL2025), to be held from August 26–29, 2025, on the stunning Cunda Island, Turkey. ICETOL2025 is supported by Anadolu University, Balıkesir University, The Open University (UK), The Ohio State University (USA), University of South Africa, AAB College, FHM Online-University, Universidad De Burgos, and EDTECH-U.
ICETOL has achieved significant success over the years and became internationally recognized after hosting participants from over 50 countries at ICETOL2024. This success has motivated us to set even higher goals for ICETOL2025. This year’s theme is “Empowering Learners: Adaptive Learning Environments and the Role of AI in Education.”
Papers selected from the submissions will be published in the following journals after a peer-review process:

• Instructional Technology and Lifelong Learning
• International Journal of Computers in Education
• Journal of Online Learning Studies
ICETOL annually hosts the world’s most influential academics as keynote speakers, panelists, and participants, providing you with valuable opportunities to meet these renowned individuals and discuss potential collaborations.
