Event Schedule & Venues
• The Forum will be held on December 13-14, 2026, at the Kuwait College of Sciences and Technology, Kuwait.
• The Conference will take place on December 17-18, 2026, at Université Évry Paris-Saclay, France, and will be hosted in a Hybrid Mode.
Key Deadlines
• Paper Submission: October 5, 2026.
• Notification of Acceptance: October 30, 2026.
• Camera-Ready Submission: November 15, 2026.
Submission Details
• Topics of Interest: We welcome contributions on Innovations in Robotics, Mobility, and Therapy; Artificial Intelligence for Accessibility; E-Accessibility and Inclusive Design; Smart Environments; Open and Inclusive Digital Education; and Advanced Interfaces.
• Paper Categories: We are accepting Full Papers (6 to 8 pages) and Short Papers (4 pages). Submissions must adhere to the IEEE Conference Template.
• Publication: Full and Short Papers will be submitted for possible publication on IEEE Xplore, and selected papers may be invited for extended versions in indexed journals.
We highly encourage original research proposing new methodologies, experimental studies, and real-world implementations. We also specifically encourage submissions from people with disabilities who are developing innovative solutions or conducting research.
